When Bruce Springsteen picked up a Grammy Award on Feb. 13 for "Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance" - Special Education Teacher Joe Grushecky must have had a big smile on his face. Gruschecky co-wrote the song "Code of Silence" that appeared on Springsteen's album. A native of Pennsylvania, Joe Grushecky & The Houserockers have been making American blue-collar bar rock that draws on classic R&B from the 1970s on.
